How do I get my QR code?
Once you create your album, you can find your QR code in the album settings. You can download it and easily add it to your design in Canva, photoshop, etc. or give it to your designer.
Is there a limit to how many photos guests can share?
There is no limit to the number of photos or Guests, but your package can have limits on total storage size, this is generally more than enough for most weddings.
Can I download all the photos after my wedding?
Absolutely! You can download all photos and videos in high quality. They're yours forever - no monthly fees or subscription required to access your memories. You can download them all at once or download them as you go.
What if some guests don't have smartphones?
While most guests will use the QR code, you can also share a direct link via text or email. Plus, other guests can help share photos on behalf of those without smartphones.
Can you print and ship the QR code?
