What it costs in context

One payment, however many guests come

You're not charged per guest, per photo or per month. Here's what the alternatives couples weigh up actually cost.

~630Guest photos at a typical 100-guest wedding — around seven uploads each. One payment covers all of them, however many people turn up.
WeddingSnapEvery guest, all night, one QR code$39.99 once
Disposable cameras$15–25 each, plus developing, plus three weeks of waiting$80–150
One extra hour of a second shooterOne more angle, for one more hour$150–300
A subscription photo appMonthly, and the downloads stop when you cancel$10–20/mo

No subscription. No per-guest fee. No upsell once you've paid.

Card & sign designs

Choose the design your guests will see

Twenty-four designs — twelve cards and twelve signs, all included in both packages. Download one free and print it yourself, or add printing at checkout and we'll make them for you.

Printed, if you'd rather not

From $74.99 for the Signature package plus printing, ground shipping included — that's the smallest run, 10 full-size signs. Cards start a little above it, and the price rises with quantity. You pick your run at checkout and see the exact total before you pay.

Order about three weeks out

Ground shipping runs 3–10 business days, with 3–5 and 1–3 day tiers offered at checkout. For a June wedding, ordering by mid-May leaves comfortable margin.

Digital-only is genuinely fine

Every package includes all twenty-four designs as free print-ready PDFs. Plenty of couples print at home or drop the file into their invitation suite.

“I purchased this as a surprise for my sister. She absolutely loved it. It was easy for me to set up for her (that is saying a lot because I am a very non techy person). All of her guests had no problem using the QR code and uploading. I would recommend this website to anyone who is getting hitched!”

“Wedding Snap was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding weekend! It doesn't take the place of a professional photographer, you definitely should still have one, but it is such a great way to capture moments and people that you'd never see otherwise. It was so easy to set up and you have a choice between DIY or letting them prepare the cards & signs. Their pricing is great either way. I did DIY, but only because I was running too short on time — theirs would likely have been a higher quality for almost the same cost. If you're on the fence about a service like this, trust me — you want Wedding Snap!!!”

“Our photographer gave us the day. This gave us the whole night — everything she couldn't be in the room for.”

Questions

Everything couples ask us first

Still have questions? [email protected] — we reply within one business day.

No. Pointing a phone camera at the QR code opens the upload page in the browser — there is nothing to download and no account to create. That is why upload rates run far higher than with a shared album.
