Do I need a WeddingSnap account to download a template?

What size are the templates?

Cards are business-card size, 85 × 55 mm trimmed, printed double-sided — one per place setting or a stack by the bar. Signs are 8.5 × 11 inches, sized to drop straight into a standard letter frame. Both download with print bleed already applied.

What file do I get, and how do I print it?

A PDF. Cards come as two pages, front and back, so a print shop can run them double-sided. Print at 100% rather than “fit to page” — the file already carries its bleed, and scaling it shrinks the QR code. Matte card stock around 110 lb reads best; glossy paper bounces venue light back at the camera.

Where should the QR code point?

Anywhere you like — the generator accepts any link. Most couples point it at a photo album so guests can upload from the reception. A shared cloud album works but asks guests to sign in, which is where most of them stop. A WeddingSnap gallery opens straight to an upload page in the phone's browser, with nothing to install and no account to create.

Can I change the colours or the fonts?

Not in the free generator — each of the twenty-four designs has a fixed palette and type, which is what keeps them looking like stationery rather than a form. Your names, your date and your code are the parts that change. If you want your design printed on proper stock instead, that is an add-on at checkout from $74.99 all in.

Can I use these for something other than a wedding?

Yes. The same designs work for an engagement party, a bridal or baby shower, a rehearsal dinner, an anniversary, a birthday or a reunion — anywhere you want people to scan one code and share what they took. Nothing in the wording is wedding-specific beyond the names and the date you type in.

Will the QR code still scan after it's printed?

Yes — the codes are generated at high error correction, which means they still read with a fingerprint, a fold or a bit of candle wax across them. Print one and scan it before you run the full batch, and keep the code black on white rather than tinted.

Does the QR code expire?

Print at 100%, not “fit to page”

The PDF is already sized with bleed. Scaling it down shrinks the QR code and leaves a white margin the design was not drawn for.
